Return Policy

Return conditions:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • The goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
  • The goods must be in a condition that enables us to resell them.
  • Returns must be reported in writing to info@zoey-melbourne.com
  • After notification, you have a further 14 days to return the product, provided this has been reported to us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Send proof of dispatch to info@zoey-melbourne.com we cannot refund without proof of dispatch / tracking.

ATTENTION: Please ensure that the returned items are in perfect condition and fulfil all conditions before returning them to us. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

The following goods are excluded from the right of return:

  • Goods ordered for business projects
  • Customised goods. Such specially ordered and/or customised goods cannot be returned.
  • Items that are clearly personal in nature.
  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature.
  • Products such as underwear, lingerie, tights and care products are not covered by the right of return. The reason for this is hygiene. These products can therefore not be returned and will not be processed and/or accepted.
  • Goods dispatched after 14 days of receipt.

Cancellation of your orders:

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return it if you change your mind. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been placed.

Return process:

Contact us at info@zoey-melbourne.com to register a return. Include your contact details and order number and attach clear photos or videos of any defects or damage. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

NOTES & CONDITIONS:

  • The costs of returning your order are always at the expense and risk of the buyer/sender. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or problems during the shipping process. We reserve the right not to make a refund.
  • We work with suppliers abroad, so your item may need to be returned abroad, including China. The return must then also be sent to the same foreign supplier.
  • To register a return, an email must be sent to info@zoey-melbourne.com
  • Make sure that the items are in perfect condition and fulfil all conditions before returning them.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 working days of receipt of the return by the supplier.
  • Proof of dispatch must be sent to us at info@zoey-melbourne.com. The best way to do this is by replying to the previous email contact.
